Let’s Create a Positive Impact Together!

At SOUNDS OF SOIL, we’re not just hosting a festival – we’re building a movement to protect nature, support the local community, and set an example for sustainable events. To ensure we can continue doing this year after year, we need your help. Please follow these guidelines:

1. Leave No Trace

• Do Not Litter: Carry back all non-biodegradable waste, including plastic, wrappers, and bottles.

• Dispose Responsibly: Use designated bins for sanitary napkins, cigarette buds, and other waste.

• Respect Nature: Avoid damaging plants, trees, or the natural surroundings.

2. Be Mindful of Resources

• Schedule: Strictly adhere to BF, lunch, dinner, workshops, hikes etc, timings.

• Water: Use water sparingly. The glacial stream is precious – let’s keep it clean.

• Energy: Conserve electricity and fuel. Turn off lights and equipment when not in use.

3. Sanitation and Hygiene

• Dry Pit Toilets: For camping guests, use the dry pit toilets provided. Follow instructions for proper use.

• Sanitary Waste: Dispose of sanitary napkins and other personal hygiene products in designated bins only.

4. Respect the Local Community

• Support Locals: Buy local products and engage respectfully with the villagers.

• Cultural Sensitivity: Soil Village is home to scheduled caste communities. Treat everyone with dignity and kindness. Be mindful.

5. No Drugs or Illegal Substances

• Zero Tolerance: Drugs and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Let’s keep the festival safe and positive for everyone.

6. Spread the Right Message

• Be a Role Model: Your actions reflect the spirit of SOUNDS OF SOIL. Let’s show society and the authorities that festivals can be responsible and sustainable.

• Share the Vision: Help us promote eco-friendly practices and community support.

7. Contribute to the Cause

• Plant a Tree: Join us in reforestation efforts to restore Soil Village’s natural beauty.

• Support the Kids: If you can, bring pencils, notebooks, or small gifts for the village children.

8. Safety First

• Stay Connected: The venue is isolated, so stay within designated areas and inform the team if you plan to explore.

How do I get tickets?

Request an invite by filling out our Google Form. You’ll receive a payment link to pay and secure your spot.

What’s included in the ticket price?

The full experience includes pickup n drop from Manali Volvo stand, Valet Parking, Accommodation, Breakfast, Dinner, Refreshments and Beverages, and access to all activities including Art, Music, Songwriting Workshops, Guided Hikes, Yoga and Meditation Sessions and much more. Day entry includes access to the festival from 11 AM to 10 PM.

Is the festival family-friendly?

Yes! SOUNDS OF SOIL is open to all ages.

What should I bring?

Warm jacket, sturdy shoes, a reusable water bottle, torch and your love for music and nature!. A detailed list would be shared on confirmation.
